The PUL 140D is an ultra-stable frequency upconverter that is capable of translating digital 140 MHz IF signals to any customer-specified L band channel. Based on Quintech's very popular fixed channel converters, it features highly improved phase noise and stability performance exceeding the IESS 308/309 standard and is suitable for all current high speed data transmission rates and advanced digital modulation schemes. Note: The channel frequency is factory preset to the customer-specified L-band channel.
